2. Products and Use
At C.r.e.a.m, we sell nicotine pouches, which are highly addictive products. All of our products are intended for adults over the age of 18. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the purchase and use of the products are legal in their country of residence.

3. Prices and Payment
All prices are listed in Euro and include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices without notice. Payment can be made using the available methods at checkout. Your purchase is considered to take place in Estonia, and the customer is responsible for any taxes and duties in their country of residence.

4. Orders and Order Confirmation
When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This confirmation constitutes acceptance of your order.

5. Delivery
We exclusively offer pickup via external transport providers. We do not sell shipping services and cannot assist with transporting your order from our warehouses in Sweden. When you make a purchase with us, the purchase is considered to be made in Sweden. After payment, you will be referred our shopify where you can learn more about your transport options.

6. Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after receiving the product. To exercise this right, you must contact us and return the product unused and undamaged. Return costs are borne by the customer.

7. Complaints
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within a reasonable time. We will then arrange a replacement or refund by agreement.

8. Liability and Limitation of Liability
We accept no responsibility for damages resulting from the misuse of our products. Our liability is limited to the price of the product.

Points and status can be annulled by C.r.e.a.m AB(trading as C.r.e.a.m) without notice if the terms are violated.
