3. Returning Products

Products must be returned within 30 days of your notice of withdrawal, in their original packaging and in the same condition as received.

4. Return Costs

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. All returns must be sent using a trackable shipping method of your choice.
We are not responsible for lost or untraceable return shipments.

5. Refunds

Once we have received and inspected the returned product, we will refund the product amount.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds are processed within 14 days via the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

6. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

For hygiene and health protection reasons, certain items cannot be returned once opened. This includes:

• Expired products
• Items purchased from our outlet
