Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed with C.r.e.a.m AB (trading as C.r.e.a.m). All orders are processed and shipped from within the European Union (Sweden).

1. General Principles

We offer shipping to most EU, EEA, and selected international destinations. Our website is provided in English with prices in EUR for general EU use only. We do not specifically market, advertise, or target consumers in any particular country or jurisdiction.

By placing an order, the customer confirms that they act on their own initiative and accept full responsibility for ensuring that the purchase, possession, and import of our products comply with the laws of their country.

2. EU / EEA Shipping

Orders within the EU and EEA are shipped under the principles of free movement of goods. Customers located in jurisdictions where the sale or import of nicotine pouches or similar products is lawful may place orders directly. It is the customer’s sole responsibility to verify that their national law permits the import and possession of such products.

For destinations where local law restricts or prohibits import or sale, we do not provide direct delivery. Customers in these regions may, at their own discretion, arrange independent pickup or self-shipping from our Romanian warehouse using their preferred logistics provider. Our responsibility ends once the parcel is released to the customer or their chosen carrier.

3. Processing & Dispatch

Orders placed before 11:00 AM (EET) are processed the same business day; later orders ship the following business day. All orders are dispatched from our fulfillment center in Bucharest, Romania.

Typical delivery times within the EU/EEA are 2 – 7 business days, depending on destination and courier availability.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping is free on orders of €60 or more within the EU/EEA. For orders under €60, a destination-based shipping fee will be displayed at checkout. For self-shipping or independent pickup, customers pay their chosen carrier directly.

5. Order & Shipping Confirmation

After placing an order, customers receive an order confirmation by email. Once the order has shipped or is ready for pickup, a shipping confirmation with tracking details will be provided.

6. Customs & Import Duties (EU/EEA)

All EU/EEA orders are shipped from within the European Union. No import duties apply to intra-EU transactions. Cross-border orders within the EU/EEA are treated as consumer imports under EU law, with the buyer recognized as the importer of record.

7. International Shipping (Outside the EU/EEA)

We accept international orders from selected non-EU countries, subject to local import restrictions and carrier availability. It is the customer’s responsibility to confirm that importing and using our products is lawful in their country. By ordering, customers acknowledge that they act as the importer of record and assume all legal responsibility for customs clearance and compliance.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Shipments outside the EU/EEA may incur import duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These costs are not included in the purchase price and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery. We cannot estimate or influence these charges.

Delivery Times

  • United Kingdom: 5 – 7 business days
  • United States: 7 – 10 business days (maximum 15 cans per order)
  • Israel, New Zealand, Japan, South Africa: 8 – 15 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on customs processing and local courier operations.

Import Restrictions & Seizures

If a shipment is delayed, held, or confiscated by customs or border authorities, C.r.e.a.m  AB is not responsible for any loss, delay, or confiscation. Refunds will not be issued for items refused or seized due to local regulations.

Prohibited Destinations

We do not ship to countries where the import of nicotine pouches or similar products is expressly prohibited by law. This includes, but is not limited to, Australia, Thailand, and Singapore.

Independent Shipping Option

Where direct delivery is unavailable, customers may arrange their own courier pickup from our Stockholm warehouse at their own risk and expense. Our responsibility ends once the order is released to the customer’s designated carrier.

8. Uncollected Packages

Uncollected or returned packages require a new shipping arrangement at the customer’s expense. Reshipment fees are based on the original delivery destination.

9. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate after verifying the claim.

10. Legal Disclaimer

By purchasing from this website, the customer confirms that they act on their own initiative and acknowledge full responsibility for complying with all national import, possession, and use regulations. C.r.e.a.m AB  does not market, advertise, or promote its products in jurisdictions where such products are restricted or prohibited. All shipments are executed in accordance with Romanian and EU export law.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Any dispute arising from orders placed on this website shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bucharest, Romania.
