All orders are processed and shipped from within the European Union. Sales are conducted in accordance with EU free movement of goods principles, and C.r.e.a.m AB lawfully markets its products from an EU Member State where they are permitted. Customers purchasing from other EU or EEA countries do so on a personal basis, and such imports are considered consumer purchases. Under EU law, these cross-border shipments are treated as consumer imports, and the buyer is recognized as the importer of record in their country. C.r.e.a.m AB does not operate local establishments or warehouses outside Sweden  and acts fully within EU cross-border e-commerce regulations.
